Sent this off with a job application for Ms.Cupcake, because i'm a rad vegan baker and I love cupcakes, but alas, they hired someone who'd worked in a bakery before. :-(

Okay so I've finished two front covers... messing about in photoshop loads, so many different hand-made processes mishmashed together. I think they need something else, but i'm not sure what. And the writing looks too Harry Potter-y. This isn't something I should admit probably but I guess it's quite obvious from this, type is not my strong point... Either way, these are the images that will appear in the catalogue for Uni because they want images before the 7th.

Screen prints and edits of Grace McDaniels 'The Mule Faced Woman' and her son Elmer

I think for the most part they turned out pretty rad! but I layered the eyes of Elmer and Grace's top wrong which isn't the biggest deal ever, it was just a bit of an annoying realisation after spending 5 hours in screen printing. My favourites are the ones where they look like aliens (so the green/purple/pink ones). I'm not a pro at screen printing but I love the whole process even if it is time consuming. Hopefully i'll be using one of these on the front cover of my final major project but i'll add different elements in photoshop to provide a background for the picture. 

This picture was to illustrate the randomness of dreams. This was perhaps a little bit rushed towards the end in some parts. Also, I don't dream about boobs as much as I put them in this picture... Find the boobs! ( . )( . )

Messing about

This was more spontaneous than anything but I think what was going on in my head was 'nothing'-how feeling low feels and how feeling vibrant, lovey, otherworldly feels-everything. Not that I'm bipolar or anything but I tend to either feel one way or the other, not really a inbetweeny sort of person.
